In other news:
- We heard from Principal Kennedy about the testing that is going on right now. We anticipate getting the results back sometime during the summer. At the end of this school year, students will also be participating in MAP testing to show the individual progess made by each student.
- We had a GREAT Book Fair with $11,600 in sales! That provides Dundee with approximately $2,500! Tim Carter, co-chair, said that most OPS schools have about $2,000 in total sales. Dundee kids love books!
- Crosswalk Committee reminded us to stay strong and walk whenever we get the chance!
- We also promoted useage of the Baker's Plus Rewards. If you already have a Baker's Plus card, visit the Bakers Community Rewards website. There you can indicate that you support Dundee Elementary and want a portion of your sale to go to Dundee! It's a similar program to the Hy-Vee receipts, but this is year round, and all you have to do is swipe your card!
